Coaching and counselling:
Each university will choose professors to coach the Erasmus Mundus students. No professor may accept more than 10 students. Our aim is to create a privileged relationship to propose the best courses, based on the most recent research.

Each student will have, in addition to the academic coach, a student coach, who will be chosen according to the professional project of the student and his/her stay at the University from the Erasmus Mundus Master or from national Masters. He/she will help the third- country student with the administrative procedures, housing, social and cultural life as well as in day to day work. This privileged relationship will help the student for his/her social integration and language learning.

Language:
Our program offers courses in 3 national languages: English, French and Spanish. Masters Courses will be given in Spanish and English at Pontifical University Comillas – Madrid, in French at University Paris-Sud 11 and in English at Delft University of Technology. Exams will be given in English, French and Spanish, depending on which countries students will follow their studies. In each University, language courses will be offered (free of charge) in the national language and in the 3 languages of the consortium: French, English and Spanish. We have two objectives: to help students during their studies in a country with language courses in the national tongue; to allow them to prepare for their next professional move by improving their language competence.

Mobility:
Students are required to study in at least 2 different countries and in a maximum of 3 different countries. If they choose to attend Delft University for their degree, they have to stay there for at least the first year of the EPA programme. If they choose to attend Comillas or Paris-Sud they are required to stay for a minimum of a semester.

Therefore, the possible combinations are:

- Paris-Sud (1 – 3 semesters) – Comillas (1 – 3 semesters)
- Paris-Sud (1 semester) – Comillas (1 semester) – Delft (2 semesters)
- Paris-Sud (1 – 2 semesters) – Delft (2 – 3 semesters)
- Comillas (1 – 2 semesters) – Delft (2 – 3 semesters)

The possible options regarding the semester distribution for the students stay are shown in the following table:

Masters Course Period Location
Semester 1 Pontifical University Comillas, Delft University of Technology
Semester 2 Pontifical University Comillas; University Paris-Sud 11; Delft University of Technology
Semester 3 Pontifical University Comillas; University Paris-Sud 11; Delft University of Technology
Semester 4 Pontifical University Comillas; Delft University of Technology; University Paris-Sud 11

The admission committee will verify for all students that their studies are coherent and may decide in which order they go to the different countries hey have chosen. This committee will also verifiy their linguistic competence and can prevent them from going to one country if they do not have a command of the language. At the end of their stay, students will be required to present their research results in the university and also in a dedicated research seminar to be held at the Florence School of Regulation - Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies at the European University Institute in Florence (Italy).

Examination criteria:
Regarding the examination of students, all exams and evaluation processes will be carried out at the corresponding hosting institution where the courses are delivered. However, the dissertation will be evaluated by a joint Evaluation Committee, in which one professor from each university, plus the dissertation supervisor at the company or institution where it has been carried out, will participate. This will ensure the required consistency in the award of the Masters degree.
